At least it was a Christmas party... that is pretty much outlawed in the U.S. by the P.C. police. In some places they are making Santa Claus say "Happy Holidays." Hello?

it was a pretty half assed one. the official christmas party being put on by my company costs £75 per person and is being held at a club called STudio 54 in honor of the original disco.
i would rather shoot myself in the foot.
we were going to have to pay for our lunch all on our own but because of the aforementioned TUPE issues our current employers decided to foot part of the bill as a way to try and convince us to stay with them.
